Hero’s Among us Fundraiser 4/11
This fundraiser is put on by the Minnesota POW/MIA Riders Association and will be at the Whitlock-Sonnenberg VFW in Rochester, MN On April 11th.
We have purchased a table and will be in attendance to support this wonderful event benefitting the Military Order of the Pruplre Heart - Lloyd Swenson Fund.
Spring Highway cleanup 4/20
In 2025 we adopted a section of US Highway 14 between Owatonna and Meriden. This fit very well as Hunter was an Owatonna graduate, and lived in Meriden.
This cleanup will be on Monday, April 20th, Hunter’s Birthday.
Memorial Day Parade 5/25
Come see Owatonna’s Memorial Day Parade on May, 25th! We will be in attendance following the Blue Star Families Float.
MN WHeels of honor ride 7/25
The MN Wheels of Honor will be honoring Hunter for their Ride, scheduled July 25th of this year.
Although we are not hosting the ride, they will be stopping at St. Paul‘s Lutheran church in Meriden to do a piece on honoring Hunter.
6th Annual haf memorial event 9/19
This is our Annual Fundraising Event, with proceeds benefitting our local veterans!
This year we will be at the Owatonna Eagles - 141 E Rose St
Fall Highway Cleanup 10/17
We are required to do two highways picks per year, this date was chosen to remember the day the world lost Hunter. Although a sad and bitter day, it is also a reminder of why the Hunter Alexander Memorial Foundation exists in the first place.
